Our guest room had an electric kettle, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Truly enjoyed that it was large. Peaceful and particularly good location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very tasty, offering a variety of options to choose from. The place was comfy and tidy, making us feel right at home. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep. The largest room even had a bath, which was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed spending time by the fireplace, resting on the comfortable chairs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met.
Absolutely nothing.

The rooms at Skaistaziede are just perfect for backpackers like me. The bed is cozy, there's a TV to chill out, and the private bathroom is a big plus. The wardrobe helps keep everything organized, and I love the city view from the patio. It feels like a home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the suite. But hey, that's just me.

The staff were simply amazing, going above and beyond to help me despite the language barrier. They arranged taxis and even assisted with contacting the police when I lost my phone. The included breakfast was phenomenal and the location was conveniently close to the city center. The value for money was excellent, with comfy beds and the option for a bath. The play area for kids was fantastic and the garden table was perfect for summer meals. The secured parking and friendly employees added to the overall positive experience. The place was clean, cozy, and had a lovely fireplace for relaxation. The whole stay was a pleasant surprise for the price, offering everything one could need - from a delicious breakfast to friendly and helpful staff.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The beautiful floral patterns and pastel colors gave it a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility, with ramps and handrails in place to assist me in navigating the different levels of the building.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there when it came to organizing activities or providing recommendations for senior-friendly attractions in the area.

One thing that I personally didn't enjoy was the soundproofing in the suite. It could be better.
